Combined Synergies
Global Green One / Services

  • Our development group has been focusing to utilize the synergy between all production units to deliver every surplus of energy for maximum efficiency in the linked module operation. This by using the surplus thermal heat as driving power wherever it is feasible.
  • With our balanced system design it can give a tremendous increase in efficiency of a complete production process.
  • The GGT Combined model for feedstock supply in a combination of crop residues, wood residues and biowaste in the same boiler system can utilize the synergies from thermal heat as production driving fuel.
  • The GG-One Combination Ethanol and Energy Technology combines three well-known, well-developed and since long implemented technologies; Wet Milling, Ethanol Plant and Energy Plant.
  • The Wet Milling process prepares the feedstock for ethanol production and separates the high value protein and oil parts as individual products.
  • The Ethanol Plant produces ethanol from feedstock with raw protein and oil removed, which will improve the fermentation process.
  • The Energy Plant uses residues from fermentation process, added with other farmed crop residues, to produce electricity and heat.

GG-One Combined Ethanol and Energy Technology force

  • GG-One Combined Ethanol and Energy Technology utilize up to 90% of the raw material intake.
  • The Technology improve the fermentation process by taking out raw protein and oils from the feedstock.
  • Separate Superheater Technology enables higher electrical output when using agricultural crop residues in the combination.
  • Fermentation process running at lower temperature and pressure allows more steam to produce electricity.
  • Thermal surplus heat is being used as driving power for all the production modules in the solution.
